Terms and Conditions for the 8-Week Accelerator Decluttering Program Overview:

Program Overview:

Our 8-Week Accelerator Decluttering Program is designed to provide Coaching and support through one-on-one and group sessions. Please note that results are dependent on each participant's effort and commitment. While we provide the framework, guidance and coaching, we cannot guarantee specific outcomes.

Cancellation and Refund Policy:

Participants are entitled to a full refund if they cancel before attending the first session of the program. Once you have attended any session, the fee becomes non-refundable.

Affiliate Program:

Upon joining our 8-week program, participants are automatically eligible to become affiliates. As an affiliate, you will receive a unique link to promote our program. For every new paid participant who joins through your link, you will earn $50.00.

Community Membership:

Participants will receive a complimentary one-year membership to our gated community following the completion of the 8-week program. This membership is exclusive to paying participants.

Invitee Policy:

Each paying participant can invite up to three people to join the program for free, with the condition that these invitees apply their training within the paying participant's home. Invitees are not eligible for community membership and cannot participate in individual or group video sessions. However, they can become affiliates and earn through referrals.

Respectful Conduct:

All participants are expected to maintain respectful conduct during group sessions. Disrespectful behavior will not be tolerated.

Bonus Offerings:

- Paying participants will receive an additional two weeks of planning sessions at no extra cost, ensuring a full 10 weeks of training.

- Invitees are required to implement the training in the paying client's home but are not obligated to continue in the program and may leave at any time.

Video and Recording Policy:

We may create videos and record sessions for educational and promotional purposes. If you do not wish for your home or personal project to be featured, you must opt-out by sending an official email to us. Failure to opt-out signifies your consent to use such materials.
